This was a great last minute hotel selection for my family It has a great location. The pool was very nice and open 24 hrs (a rare find). In the evening they have fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and milk for guests. It has a descent hot breakfast also
The hotel was nice, although the breakfast was only average and the facilities showed signs of age and needed maintenance. But the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The young man who welcomed us in the evening noticed the size of our family, and upgraded us to a larger, open suite free-of-charge, which gave us a much more comfortable stay. We appreciated his courteous manner and thoughtfulness so much! I also appreciated the friendliness of the morning staff. We would happily stay here again!
Check in was very fast. Rooms seem a bit outdated. Bed was hard and the pillows at every BW are terrible in my findings. Breakfast was just ok, nothing to write home about. Id stay here again in a pinch.
The room was comfortable. Clean. Good beds. Staff was wonderful! Checked in last minute, and stayed for our whole trip. Dog friendly. During our stay, the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance.
Nice clean room. Felt secure. Let me park my motorcycle right up next to the office. Pool and hot tub are presently under renovation so not available. That was OK for me because I just wanted a nice clean, quiet room. I got both. Breakfast is disappointing but that's what I've come to expect from the big chains offering free breakfast. If you want a nice "free" breakfast best find a bed n breakfast. Overall would stay here again. Good pricing for the area. Close to the airport. Easy access. Gas and food nearby. Friendly staff too.
I always enjoy staying here, rooms and beds are nice. Front desk people do great. Located close to work and freeway so very nice. Only issue is I was told they had to give out two room keys instead of one. Two means I have to take one out to use at the door, which is not convenient when holding all my bags. One is great when you have a handful and one works through the cover while two do not. Small issue but easy to fix.
Staff are wonderful. Overall clean. Cozy fireplace in lobby. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Good-size bathroom with nice shower and water pressure. 24-hr pool & hot tub. Standard breakfast. Even though by highway and airport, noise was not an issue. Well-stocked lobby "pantry."
Hotel was close to freeway, easy off/on. Grocery store close by. Exterior was very nice looking. Interior was inviting. Desk clerk at both check in and out were very nice. Full amenities in room. I was in a handicap accessible room. The open shower made it real easy for me. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Nice quiet room. I will be staying here again.
